Claude Code Program for Entrepreneurs

Launch your app in 8 weeks.

We coach. You build. You own what we ship.

Our guarantee

Launch your app in 8 weeks, or we keep coaching free until you do, up to one extra month.

No paperwork. We keep meeting with you weekly at zero extra cost until your app is live for real customers.

We do this together. You show up to your sessions, try what we suggest between calls, and tell us when you're stuck. We check in every two weeks so no one drifts quietly. If life happens, we pause and pick up where you left off.

Launch campaign, up to 75% off, first cohort only

Starts August 15, 2026·10 of 10 seats left

The August 2026 cohort is our launch campaign. First-cohort founders save 50% on Class and 75% on 1:1 + Build + Deploy. After this cohort, regular pricing returns: $500/mo (Class) and $2,000/mo (1:1 + Build + Deploy).

Who this is for

If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place

You might already be making progress, maybe you've even got something half-working. But it's unpredictable. Some days it feels easy. Other days you're ready to give up. Almost no one stuck here is missing the ability. They're missing someone experienced to show them what to ask, what to ignore, and what to do when it breaks.

You have an idea for an app. You're starting from zero.

You've got an idea, and a job or a business it would make better, and you assumed building it was off-limits because you're "not technical." You don't know where to even begin or whether your idea is too complicated for someone like you.

You already built something with AI. You're scared it's held together with tape.

You used Claude, Lovable, or Cursor, got something working, and now have a nagging feeling it could break or leak users' private information. You're not sure which parts you can trust, or how to put it in front of real users without something going wrong.

You've been quoted thousands to build it. It feels out of reach.

A developer or agency quoted you $10,000 to $30,000 and you walked away stunned. You want to build your idea without handing someone tens of thousands, and to actually own and understand the thing you're building, not rent it from an agency.

You don't want to become a programmer. You just want your thing to exist.

You're not switching careers. You want the specific thing you need, not a generic coding course. You want someone experienced in your corner when you get stuck, and you want to walk away able to do this again for your next version and the one after that.

Why pay us when YouTube is free

You don't need another Claude course.

You need your app live, your customers safe, and the muscle to keep shipping.

That is where we sit.

Two tracks. Same destination.

Pick the one that matches where you are today.

Rescue track

You already launched something with an AI tool

Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, v0, Bolt. It works for you. Now you need it safe and scalable for real customers.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2
    End-to-end review

We review what you built together. Security, function, legal data handling. You receive a written plan and keep it.

  2. Weeks 3 to 6
    Fix the gaps with you

You write the code with your AI tool. We coach. We review every update you make. The same bug never ships twice.

  3. Weeks 7 to 8
    Go live and hand-off

Your app goes live for real customers. We lock in the habits and setup that keep the same bug from shipping twice. You ship the next feature without us.

Outcome

A live app real customers can pay for. Security and auth done right. The habit and setup to keep building safely on your own.

Right for you if

If you have already built something with an AI tool and you want it ready for paying customers.

Builder track

You have an idea. No code yet.

We start from zero. You pick the AI tool with us. We coach you through every decision until your app is live.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2
    Scope and stack

We plan the first version together. Pick the right AI tools for your idea. You leave with a one-page plan and the tools installed.

  2. Weeks 3 to 8
Build it together and go live

You drive the AI tool. We coach you through every decision. Weekly 1:1. Help by message between calls. By the end of week 8 your app is live for real customers.

  3. Weeks 9 to 12
    Harden and extend

Your app is already live since week 8. We harden security, polish rough edges, ship the features you cut from the first version, and lock in your habits before you go it alone.

Outcome

A live app real customers can pay for. Security and auth done right. The habit and setup to ship the next feature without us.

Right for you if

If you have an idea and you are willing to learn the AI tools with hands-on weekly coaching.

Mistakes we'll help you avoid

When you build with AI on your own, it skips the safeguards that keep an app safe and reliable, often without warning. We handle each of these with you, and what we put in place stays in your code after the program ends.

  • Keeping private information private

AI-built apps often let people see information they shouldn't, including other users' private data. From day one, we make sure each person can only see and do what they're authorized to.

You leave with a single page that names every role, what each role can do, and where the rules live in your code.

  • Protecting your sensitive credentials

Every app depends on confidential keys, like access to your payment provider. AI tools often leave these exposed. We make sure yours stay safe, with a clear plan if any ever needs replacing.

You leave knowing exactly where every key lives, who can read it, and what to do if one ever leaks.

  • Handling personal data responsibly

Collecting, storing, and deleting people's data is governed by real regulations (CCPA, GDPR, KVKK, LGPD, DPDP, and others). We walk you through what data you hold, why you hold it, how individuals can review or remove it, and how to respond if something goes wrong. General guidance, not legal advice. Talk to a lawyer for your situation.

You leave with a written one-pager you can hand to a lawyer that names the regulation, the obligation, and where in your app each one is handled.

  • Facing legal problems you didn't see coming

Putting an app in front of real users carries responsibilities that are easy to miss: clear terms of use, a privacy policy, the right to charge customers and handle refunds, confirming you actually own what you built. We help you find where these apply to your specific app. General guidance, not legal advice. Talk to a lawyer for your situation.

You leave with a checklist of what's covered and what still needs a lawyer's eye, so nothing surprises you on launch week.

  • Handling real demand without breaking

Many apps perform fine in testing but struggle once real users arrive in numbers. We build in the fundamentals that keep yours fast and reliable, plus monitoring that alerts you the moment something goes wrong.

You leave with a green dashboard you can glance at every morning and know whether your app is healthy.

  • Stopping the same bug shipping twice

Every lesson is recorded directly into your app's setup, so the AI doesn't reverse it later. Issues are resolved once, and stay resolved.

You leave with a small playbook saved alongside your code that the AI reads every time it writes, so Tuesday's fix is never undone on Friday.

Faster, more professional, more yours

Why this beats both DIY learning and a $10K to $20K agency build.

  • Faster than learning alone

Weekly 1:1 with a senior engineer who has shipped real apps used by real customers for 20+ years. You skip the months of trial and error.

  • More yours than an agency build

You write the code. You understand every line. Agencies hand you a black box that breaks the day they leave.

  • More sustainable than a one-shot build

You own what we ship and the muscle to extend it. The next version ships faster. The one after that costs you less. The investment compounds.

  • A fraction of the agency cost

$810 to $6,060 total over the 12-week program including Claude Code Pro versus $10,000 to $30,000 for an agency. Recurring value at a fraction of the price.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free 30-minute intake call

We confirm the right track. You confirm the fit. No pressure to commit on the call.

  2. 2

    Direct monthly payment

Class $250/mo intro ($500/mo regular). 1:1 + Build + Deploy $500/mo intro ($2,000/mo regular). Bank transfer or Wise. Cancel after any month.

  3. 3

    Weekly 1:1 coaching

One scheduled call per week (45 to 60 minutes). Help by Slack or email between calls. Review of every update you make.

  4. 4

    Ship and keep building

A live app real customers can pay for. Security and auth done right. The habit and setup to take over and keep going.

Frequently asked

Do I need to know how to code to start?
No. The Builder track is designed for founders without coding experience. You use the AI tool, we coach you on what to ask it and what to never let it skip.
What if I already built something with Lovable, Cursor, or similar?
Rescue track. We start by reviewing what you have, then coach you through fixing the gaps and installing the framework. Most apps are ready for real customers in 2 months.
How does the price compare to a development agency?
A typical agency engagement runs $10,000 to $30,000 for a first version. The launch cohort runs $810 (Class, 12-week program, Claude Pro included) or $1,560 (1:1 + Build + Deploy, 12-week program, Claude Pro included). Regular cohort numbers move to $1,560 (Class) or $6,060 (1:1) over the 12-week program. Your app goes live within the first 8 weeks either way. Either way, a fraction of the agency cost, and you keep the muscle to keep building.
What if it is not working after the first month?
The 30-minute intake call is free. After that you can cancel after any month. We do not lock you in. If we are not the right fit you will know quickly.
What do you actually need from me each week?
Show up to your weekly call, or watch the recording before the next one. Try what we suggest between sessions, even if it does not work the first time. And tell us as soon as you get stuck. That is it. We do not grade you, we do not track your hours, and we do not expect you to know things you have not been taught yet. We just expect you to keep showing up.
What if I fall behind or life gets busy?
It happens. We notice within two weeks because we check in, and we have a quick call to figure it out together. Most of the time we just trim the first version a little so you still launch something live. We rarely walk away from a student. The only exception is going completely silent for two weeks with no notice. Then we pause the guarantee clock until you are back, and pick up where we left off.
What does '1:1' mean exactly?
One scheduled call per week (45 to 60 minutes) with a senior engineer at IB Group. Plus Slack or email between calls. Review of every update you make during the program.
What about data-protection regulators and legal exposure?
We walk you through a legal data-handling checklist that works for whichever regulators apply to you: CCPA, GDPR, KVKK, LGPD, DPDP, and others. Data inventory, processing purpose, access and erasure endpoints, breach-notification readiness. We are not a law firm. We help your lawyer find the gaps that matter for your situation.
Who actually runs the coaching?
A senior engineer at IB Group with shipped production experience. We do not outsource coaching. If you are paying for it, you talk to a builder who has shipped it themselves.

Quick reality check

What this isn't

  • It's not a course you watch alone.

You don't sit through hours of recorded video and hope it sticks. You build your own app, with us beside you, with feedback on what you ship.

  • It's not an agency that builds it for you and disappears.

You own the code. You understand it. When something needs to change six months from now, you don't have to come back and pay us again.

  • It's not "just use the AI and hope."

AI alone makes things that look right and break in ways you don't see. We add the safety net, the deploy, and the experience to know which AI suggestions to take and which to ignore.
